Industry Standards
CIMS-GB (Cleaning Industry Management System-Green Buildings) is awarded to select building service contractors by the International Sanitary Supply Association. Successful certification requires a thorough assessment of an organization’s performance – in policy and in practice – across six core business areas: Quality Systems; Service Delivery; Human Resources; Health, Safety & Environmental Stewardship; Management Commitment; Green Buildings.
Our CIMS-GB designation, with honors, is the recognized gold standard by which clients can verify we have the capability and capacity to deliver effective, consistent, sustainable services, in accordance with your needs and expectations.
Training
The International Sanitary Supply Association’s Industry Training Standard (CITS) provides a framework to ensure staff training is effective, comprehensive – and designed to put cleaning service workers in the best position to succeed. Qualified programs have been assessed against a series of standards specific to training categories, combined with best practice elements.
Commercial Cleaning Services is the first – and only – Canadian Building Service Contractor to have its Training Programs verified under the Standard’s Verified Programs designation.
Health & Safety
ContractorCheck, ISN and ComplyWorks audit a company’s Health and Safety Program for compliance with municipal, provincial and federal legislation, as well as client-specific safety requirements. The evaluation process includes a complete assessment of a company’s Health and Safety program, including prevention, training, incident rates, and response plans.
Certification confirms that we have a program in place that will maintain safety in your facility.
